Does the app work without internet?
Completely. In version 1.0 everything stays on your device and nothing depends on a connection.
Do I need an account?
No. Version 1.0 has no sign-up and no login.
How do I back up my records?
Two ways, and both are worth using:
- The app’s export: under Reports, export the timeline as CSV or Excel. It is free and costs nothing.
- System backup: keep your iCloud or computer backup switched on. It includes the app’s data.
Because the data stays on the device, changing phones without a backup means losing the records. Sync across devices is planned for a future version.
My average consumption shows zero. Why?
Consumption is only worked out once there are two fill-ups with odometer readings and the tank was filled. If you logged a partial fill-up, or a fill-up is missing in between, tick the matching option on the record so the calculation adjusts instead of zeroing out.
I logged a free fill-up, at zero cost. Does that ruin the average?
No. A fill-up with no cost still counts its litres towards consumption, and stays out of the cost per kilometre.
Can I use it for more than one vehicle?
Yes, up to five vehicles on the same installation. There is an active vehicle, so a record never lands on the wrong car.
How do I delete everything?
Deleting a record from the list deletes the data. To delete all of it at once, uninstall the app: since nothing sits on a server of ours, uninstalling takes the data with it.
Is there an Android version?
We do not publish on Google Play yet. The app is built in Flutter and runs on both platforms, so publishing is only a matter of scheduling.
