This policy explains what the Smart Time · Plantão Inteligente app does with your data. It is published by VERTICAL MOBI LTDA.
What data we handle
Account data
When you create an account to sync across devices, we handle your email and your password. The password is stored hashed and is not readable by us.
Creating an account is optional for using the app on one device, and required for syncing.
Data you log
Fixed and one-off rosters, shifts, workplaces, times, colours, per-shift amounts and any notes you write.
If you have an active account, this data is sent to our servers so it is available on your other devices. With no account, it stays on the device only.
Financial data
The app works out what you are set to earn from the amounts you enter. That calculation is there for you to organise yourself. We have no access to a bank account, card, payslip or any data from your financial institution, and we never ask for it.
Subscription
Smart Time offers an in-app subscription. Billing is handled entirely by Apple: we do not receive and do not store card numbers or payment data. From Apple we receive only the fact that a subscription is active, so the matching features unlock.
iCloud backup
If iCloud backup is switched on for your device, the app’s data is included in that backup. That backup belongs to Apple, is held in your iCloud account, and we have no access to it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or hand over your data.
We share only with the providers the app needs to work:

How long the data is kept
For as long as your account exists. When you request account deletion, the data tied to it is erased from our servers.
We may retain, for the period the law requires, minimal access logs and information needed to meet a legal obligation or to defend a right in proceedings.
Your rights
Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018) gives you the right to confirm processing, and to access, correct, anonymise, port and erase your data, as well as to withdraw consent. If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR gives you equivalent rights.
- Delete the account and its data: use the account deletion page, or write to contato@vertical.mobi.
- Access, correct or port: write to contato@vertical.mobi. We answer within 15 days.
Deleting the app does not delete the account: if you had one, use the deletion page.
Children
Smart Time is aimed at professionals who work rosters or on-call shifts. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Security
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted. Passwords are stored using a hash function. Even so, no system is immune: use a unique password and do not share it.
