Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Smart Time · Plantão Inteligente app, published by VERTICAL MOBI LTDA. By installing and using the app, you agree to them.

What the app is

Smart Time organises work rosters and on-call shifts: recurring and one-off rosters, workplaces, times, and what the period is set to pay, worked out from the amounts you enter.

What the app is not

Smart Time is not payroll, is not a time clock and is not an accounting tool. The forecast it shows is a projection based only on what you log, for your own organisation.

It does not replace your payslip or your contract with your institution. A difference between the app’s forecast and what you are actually paid is a matter between you and whoever pays you, and we have no way to mediate it.

Account

Creating an account is optional and exists so you can sync across devices. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens on your account.

You may delete the account at any time from the account deletion page. Deletion erases the data tied to the account on our servers and cannot be undone.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on devices you control.

You may not: decompile or reverse engineer, except to the extent the law allows; resell, sublicense or distribute the app; or use it for unlawful activity.

Subscription and billing

The app is free to download and offers a subscription for additional features.

• Billing is processed by Apple, on the App Store account you used to subscribe.
• Renewal is automatic unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation is done in your App Store account settings, not in the app and not with us.
• Refunds follow App Store policy. Refund requests are settled by Apple.

Current prices appear on the subscription screen inside the app, in your region’s currency.

Your data

The content you log is yours. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Keep your device backup switched on. We recommend not relying on a single copy of your data.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VERTICAL MOBI LTDA is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

Nothing in these terms removes the rights that Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code, or any equivalent mandatory consumer law, gives you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The consumer’s home jurisdiction is the agreed venue, in line with Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code.
